    Laurence Chouteau has always been bathed in the world of baking, patisseries, chocolates : her grandfather, her parents had several bakeries, patisseries, chocolateries between Thonon and DIjon.

    After learning the basics from her parents, she continued under the renowned company Bernachon in Lyon.
