A heritage guide will allow you to discover the many facets of Abondance cheese with an opening on other certified Savoie cheese.
You will discover the techniques of making Abondance cheese, recognized “Appellation d’Origine Protégée”, with your eyes on the slow maturation of the cheese wheels by a window open on the maturing cellar.
You will go for a discovery in 9 stages over landscapes, techniques and senses.
All year round, daily except on January 1st and December 25th.
